Spaghetti with tuna, olives, capers and cherry tomatoes
Ingredients for 4 people:
  • a clove of garlic
  • a handful of parsley
  • 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 cans of dry tuna in oil
  • 20 boneless black olives
  • a handful of desalted capers
  • 10 cherry tomatoes cut in half
  • half a chilli pepper
  • a splash of white wine
Preparation:
  1. Put the crushed garlic, olive oil and a little parsley in a pan;
  2. brown the garlic and remove it;
  3. add the already drained tuna;
  4. cook for a couple of minutes and add the white wine;
  5. add all the other ingredients and continue cooking for another two minutes.
  6. Cook the spaghetti al dente, drain them and toss them with the sauce;
  7. mix well adding another drizzle of oil and more parsley, then serve and enjoy your meal.
